These General Terms and Conditions have been made in French. The English version is made for information purposes only, and the French version prevails.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

DEFINITIONS

“Organiser” or “CECJ” means the Centre Européen de coopération juridique (European Center for Legal Cooperation, CECJ), a company incorporated and existing under French law.
“Participant” means an individual or a legal entity incorporated under French or foreign law which has registered, whether for itself or in the name and on behalf of another person, to participate in a conference/training course offered by the Organiser as part of and for the purposes of its professional activity.
“Accompanying Person” means any person accompanying the Participant.
“Speaker” means a professional chosen by the Organiser for their experience to share their knowledge and experience in a certain subject.
“Account” means the Participant’s account opened with the CECJ.
“Sponsor” means any individual or legal entity that has entered into a sponsorship or patronage agreement with the Organiser

1. ARTICLE — SCOPE OF THE GTCS
   1.  These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the Organiser and the Participant to the exclusion of any other document. Registration for a conference/training course/business event offered by the Organiser automatically implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
   2. The provisions of the Consumer Code do not apply to any relationship between the Participant acting in a professional capacity, and the Organiser.
2. ARTICLE — OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANISER
   1. The Organiser shall send a price quote and a link for payment according to the selected Fee within two business days of receipt of the Participant’s application, subject to availability on such date.
   2. The Organiser shall send confirmation of participation within two business days of receipt of payment to the bank account indicated by the CECJ.
   3. The Organiser shall provide the Participant with a package of services corresponding to the Fee paid.
3. ARTICLE — PAYMENT
   1. Payment made by the Participant shall signify their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   2. If the invoice is issued to several Participants at the same time, and/or if the application and/or payment have/has been made by a third party, such third party shall forward the General Conditions to the Participant, and the Participant accepts these General Conditions.
   3. The price quote shall be valid for five (5) calendar days of the date of issue of the price quote.
   4. In the event of failure to pay within the aforesaid period, the price quote shall become null and void.
   5. To receive a new price quote, a new application must be made.
   6. The Organiser may unilaterally and at its discretion refuse the participation of any Participant in the programme with no obligation to provide any reason for such refusal.
   7. Payment shall be made to the account of the Organiser, and its receipt shall result in the issuance of a receipted invoice to the exclusion of any other document.
   8. Payment can be made by bank card using the link sent to the Participant, or by bank transfer, in which case any additional bank charges involved shall be borne by the Participant.
   9. Once the Participant has paid for their registration, it cannot be cancelled, and any choice of participation category shall be final.
4. ARTICLE — PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
   1. The Organiser shall not pay, and none of the fees shall cover, the costs of the Participant’s accommodation, air fares, meals, transfers, medical insurance and/or any other expenses, which must be paid directly and personally by the Participant.
   2. All risks related to the health or military situation in the country of departure, in the countries of transit (if any), and in the country where the conference/training course is held shall be borne with no recourse against the Organiser.
   3. The Participant is personally responsible for obtaining all documents that may need to be obtained in advance and for all medical tests to be made and relevant certificates to be obtained as required in their country of birth, origin, or destination.
   4. In the event of a change of dates or cancellation of the event the Participant shall bear all financial risks related to the change or cancellation of their reservations.
   5. Notifications to the Participant by the Organiser shall be valid if they have been made by e-mail or by a messaging service, whether the Participant has taken note thereof or not.
   6. All communication with the Organiser prior to the beginning of the training course shall be via e-mail in English only.
   7. The Participant’s data shall be included in the paper version of the catalogue only if the Participant fills in their profile at least 60 days before the beginning of the training course, regardless of the date of the Participant’s registration.
   8. The Participant shall be informed that their data will be included only in the digital catalogue if the Participant fills in their profile less than 60 days before the date of the beginning of the training course, regardless of the date of the Participant’s registration.
   9. Participants are prohibited from engaging in inappropriate political discourse.
   10. Invitation to the gala dinner is a gift for the Premium category; consequently, the menu and drinks shall be at the discretion of the Organiser, and Participants cannot choose their own menu.
   11. Mandatory black-tie dress code will be required at the gala dinner. No entry shall be allowed in the event of failure to comply.
   12. No Accompanying Person may attend any training sessions or gala dinners.
   13. If a Participant breaks, shatters or damages anything on the premises where the event is held, any material damage so caused to third parties shall be paid for by the Participant.
   14. The Organiser may unilaterally and at its discretion refuse the participation of any Participant in the event at any time during the preparation of the event, without any obligation to provide any reason for such refusal, with a refund, less any bank transfer fees, to be made within 30 days.
5. ARTICLE — LIABILITY
   1. The Organiser shall not be liable for:
      1. any failure to meet any of the Participant’s personal expectations regarding any circumstance connected with the organisation and running of the event;
      2. the Participants’ life, health and personal effects during the event, or for any accidents or thefts of property, whether or not through the Participant’s own or any third party’s fault;
      3. the Participant’s personal costs or expenses related to transport, catering, hotel reservations, tickets, accommodation in the city where the event takes place, health insurance and other costs or expenses of the Participant either during the event or in the event of a change or cancellation due to force majeure;
      4. the behaviour, statements or personal opinions of any of the Participants in the event;
      5. any technical malfunction resulting in the cancellation or modification of a part of the programme;
      6. the Participant’s inability to connect their computer and/or electronic equipment to the simultaneous translation option by means of the platform used by the Organiser;
      7. decisions by the competent bodies as to whether or not to recognise any hours of any training course as “hours of professional training”;
      8. any information personally provided by the Participant to be included in the general catalogue of Participants;
      9. actions or omissions of or unforeseen occurrences to any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of the event, which would result in any malfunction in the work or progress of, or in disruption or change in, the programme or generally in any modification in the organisation, progress or anything other related to the description of the programme and/or the running of the event;
      10. future collaboration with, or information received from, contributing professionals with whom the Participant has made contact during the event;
      11. the plans or structure of the presentation, sources of information, and the distribution, form, number etc. of handouts (if any), determined by the Speakers;
      12. photographic and/or video recorded images made by participants at the event and their subsequent use, and/or the summaries/quotations of the information disclosed during the event, on social networks or other platforms;
      13. the quality of the Participant’s image in the photographs and video recordings taken during the event, which will be distributed to Participants after the event; and
      14. information and products provided by Sponsors.
6. ARTICLE — CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGE OF DATES
   1. Regardless of the nature or severity of the cause of cancellation of the registration, the conditions of cancellation shall remain immutable, unalterable and subject to no change.
   2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the Organiser may make necessary changes to the programme, postpone an event to a new date or cancel the programme.
   3. No change of location or dates shall impose on the Organiser any obligation to the Participant.
   4. Regardless of any cause of a total or partial cancellation of any announced presentation, the Organiser reserves the right to organise or not to organise such presentation at a later date or to organise it in an online format, with or without providing any written account.
   5. If the Organiser cancels an event, it shall refund the Participant the full amount of the fee paid, whether in the ESSENTIAL, STANDARD or PREMIUM category, within 180 days of receipt of the refund form completed by the Participant.
   6. If the Organiser changes the programme dates, the period between the announcement of the postponement by the Organiser and the announcement of the new dates may be up to two years, depending on the severity of the force majeure event that has necessitated the postponement.
   7. No occurrence related to the announcement of postponement of any new dates shall constitute grounds for claiming refunds of any ESSENTIAL or STANDARD category fees, and any such claim by the Participant shall be refused.
   8. No announcement of postponement of any new dates shall constitute grounds for claiming refunds of any PREMIUM category fees until such new dates are announced.
   9. If the new announced dates are suitable for a Participant who has chosen the ESSENTIAL, STANDARD or PREMIUM fee category, they shall register in the same fee category, even if the new fee rate is higher.
   10. If the new announced dates are not suitable for a Participant who has chosen the ESSENTIAL or STANDARD fee category, the full amount shall be credited to such Participant’s account with the CECJ.
   11. If the new announced dates are not suitable for a Participant who has chosen the PREMIUM fee category, such Participant may claim a refund which shall be made within 180 days of receipt of the refund form completed by such Participant.
   12. Any refund shall be paid to the Participant’s bank card account if the payment was made by bank card (provided that the time limit for refunding by bank card has not been exceeded) or by transfer of the funds to the current account in euros according to the details provided by the Participant in the completed form.
   13. The Organiser may unilaterally reduce the amount of the refund by an amount equivalent to the bank charges for international transfers.
   14. If the amount is credited to the Participant’s account with the CECJ (regardless of the cause of such credit) it shall be used within three years, after expiry of which period the credit becomes null and void.
   15. The organiser shall not be liable for any financial risk incurred by the Participant in the event of a change of programme dates or cancellation of the programme.
   16. ESSENTIAL category: regardless of the grounds on which a Participant cannot attend the event, the ESSENTIAL category fee is not refundable and not exchangeable.
   17. STANDARD category: regardless of grounds on which a Participant cannot attend the event, the STANDARD category fee shall not be refundable, but shall be exchangeable.
   18. The STANDARD category grants the Participant the option to exchange without penalty if the cancellation is made 21 days before the beginning of the event. The following penalties apply for cancellations made from the 21st day before the beginning of the event:
       1. 30 per cent., if the cancellation is made 14 to 20 calendar days before the beginning of the event, and 70 per cent. of the amount paid shall be deposited into the special training course account;
       2. 50 per cent., if the cancellation is made 7 to 13 calendar days before the beginning of the event, and 50 per cent. of the amount paid shall be deposited into the special training course account; and
       3. 70 per cent., if the cancellation is made 3 to 6 calendar days before the beginning of the event, and 30 per cent. of the amount paid shall be deposited into the special training course account.
       4. If the Participant informs the Organiser of their inability to participate in the event 48 hours or less before the beginning of the event, no amount shall be transferable to the Participant’s special training course account with the CECJ, any amount paid shall not be refunded and shall remain in the possession of the Organiser.
   19. PREMIUM category grants the Participant the option to exchange without penalty if the cancellation is made 21 days before the beginning of the event. The following penalties apply for cancellation made from the 21st day before the beginning of the event:
       1. 30 per cent., if the cancellation is made 14 to 20 calendar days before the beginning of the programme OR, at the Participant’s option, 100 per cent. of the amount paid is deposited into the special training course account with CECJ at no penalty;
       2. 50 per cent., if the cancellation is made 7 to 13 calendar days before the beginning of the programme OR, at the Participant’s option, 70 per cent. of the amount paid is deposited into the special training course account with CECJ at no penalty; and
       3. 70 per cent., if the cancellation is made 3 to 6 calendar days before the beginning of the programme OR, at the Participant’s option, 50 per cent. of the amount paid is deposited into the special training course account with CECJ at no penalty.
       4. If the Participant informs the Organiser of their inability to participate in the training course 48 hours or less before the beginning of the programme, no amount shall be transferable to the Participant’s special training course account with the CECJ, any amount paid shall not be refunded and shall remain in the possession of the Organiser.
7. ARTICLE — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   1. The Participant/Sponsor consents to the use of photographs and video recordings with their image by the Organiser for promotional and informational purposes.
   2. All materials, designs, presentations, video recordings and/or photographic images and other material used in the preparation of, during, and after the event shall be the Organiser’s intellectual property.
8. ARTICLE — DISPUTES AND DISAGREEMENTS
   1. In the event of breach of this agreement by the Participant, including gross violations of public order, the Organiser may:
      1. issue a warning to the Participant;
      2. suspend any further participation by the Participant in the event;
      3. prohibit the Participant from participating in the Organiser’s future events;
      4. contact the competent authorities in both the country of the event and the country of the Participant’s nationality/residence; or
      5. go to court at the place of the Organiser’s legal seat.
   2. In the event that no amicable settlement of a dispute between the parties is possible, the Participant may direct their complaints to the Organiser by post. The Organiser shall examine the complaints received and provide a response within 30 business days of the date of receipt.
   3. In the event that no amicable settlement can be achieved and the Participant wishes to settle his claims by legal means, the Organiser’s legal counsel shall automatically substitute themselves for the Organiser to ensure all correspondence and communication with the Participant in French at the Organiser’s legal seat.
   4. All legal costs or charges attached thereto shall be borne by the Participant.
   5. If the dispute cannot be resolved by way of negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the Organiser’s legal seat to be resolved according to applicable French law.

CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE

DEFINITIONS

Le terme « Organisateur » ou « CECJ » désigne la société Centre Européen de coopération juridique (CECJ), société de droit français.
Le terme « Participant » désigne une personne physique ou morale de droit français ou étranger qui a souscrit dans le cadre et pour les besoins de son activité professionnelle à une conférence/formation proposée par l’Organisateur pour elle-même ou au nom et pour le compte d’une autre personne.
Le terme « Personnes Accompagnatrices » désigne toute personne qui accompagne le Participant
Le terme « Intervenant » désigne un professionnel qui pour son expérience a été choisi par l’Organisateur afin de partager ses connaissances et son expérience sur un thème donné.
Le terme « Compte » désigne le compte du Participant ouvert auprès du CECJ.
Le terme « Sponsor » désigne toute personne physique ou morale ayant conclu un accord de sponsoring ou de mécénat avec l’Organisateur

1. ARTICLE: CHAMPS D’APPLICATION DES CDV
   1. Les présentes conditions générales de vente couvrent les relations entre l’Organisateur et le Participant à l’exclusion de tout autre document. La souscription à une conférence/formation/ évènement d’affaires proposée par l’Organisateur emporte de plein droit l’adhésion aux conditions générales de vente.
   2. Le Participant intervenant à titre professionnel, les dispositions du Code de la consommation ne s’appliquent pas aux relations entre celui-ci et l’Organisateur.
2. ARTICLE: OBLIGATIONS DE L’ORGANISATEUR
   1. Envoyer le Devis et le lien de paiement selon de Tarif choisit dans les 2 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la demande du Participant sous réserve de disponibilité à cette date.
   2. Envoyer une confirmation de participation dans les 2 jours ouvrables suivant la réception du paiement sur le compte bancaire de la CECJ indiqué.
   3. Fournir au Participant l’ensemble de services correspondant au Tarif payé.
3. ARTICLE: PAIEMENT
   1. Le paiement effectué par le Participant signifie l’acceptation des présentes conditions générales.
   2. Si la facture est émise aux plusieurs Participants en même temps, et/ou si la commande et/ou le paiement a été fait par un tiers, le Participant agrée avec les présentes Conditions Générales et le tiers s’oblige à faire parvenir les Conditions Générales au Participant.
   3. La validité du devis est de 5 (cinq) jours calendaires à compter de la date de l’émission du devis;
   4. En cas de non-paiement dans ce délai le devis devient caduc de plein droit.
   5. Pour recevoir un nouveau devis, une nouvelle demande doit être formée.
   6. L’Organisateur a le droit de refuser unilatéralement et à sa discrétion la participation de tout Participant au programme, sans être tenu d’en fournir la raison.
   7. Le paiement est fait sur le compte de l’Organisateur et donne lieu à sa réception, à l’établissement d’une facture acquittée à l’exclusion de tout autre document.
   8. Le paiement peut être effectué par carte bancaire en utilisant le lien envoyé au Participant ou par virement bancaire, ce qui implique des frais bancaires supplémentaires à la charge du Participant.
   9. Une fois la souscription validée par le Participant, aucune rétractation n’est possible et tout choix est définitif.
4. ARTICLE: INFORMATIONS DU PARTICIPANT
   1. Les frais de l’hébergement, des vols, des repas, des transferts, de l’assurance médicale et/ou toute autre dépense du Participant ne sont pas pris en charge par l’Organisateur et ne sont compris dans aucun des tarifs et doivent être payés directement et personnellement par le Participant.
   2. Tous les risques liés à la situation sanitaire ou militaire dans son pays de départ, dans les pays de transit éventuels et dans le pays où la conférence/formation, est tenue sans aucun recours à l’encontre de l’Organisateur.
   3. Le Participant est responsable personnellement de tous les documents qu’il lui serait nécessaire d’obtenir au préalable en fonction de son pays d’origine, de provenance et du pays de destination ainsi que de tous les tests et certificats médicaux.
   4. En cas de changement des dates ou l’annulation d’événement le Participant supporte tous les risques financiers liés au changement ou annulation des réservations.
   5. Les notifications du Participant par l’Organisateur sont faites valablement si elles l’ont été au moyen de courriel ou par un service de messagerie que le Participant en a pris connaissance ou pas.
   6. Tous les échanges avec l’Organisateur avant le début de la formation ne s’effectuent que via courriel en anglais.
   7. Les données du Participant ne seront incluses dans le catalogue (version en papier) que s’il remplit son profil au moins 60 jours avant la date du début de la formation, indépendamment de la date à laquelle la Participant effectue son inscription.
   8. Le Participant est informé que ses données seront incluses seulement dans le catalogue digital s’il remplit son profil dans la période de moins de 60 jours avant la date du début de la formation, indépendamment de la date à laquelle la Participant effectue son inscription.
   9. Il est interdit aux Participants de tenir un discours politique inapproprié.
   10. L’invitation au dîner de Gala constituent un cadeau pour la catégorie Premium, par conséquent le menu et les boissons sont à la discrétion de l’Organisateur et les Participants ne peuvent pas choisir leur propre menu.
   11. Lors du dîner de Gala, il existe un code vestimentaire obligatoire Black-Tie. Si celui-ci n’est pas respecté, l’entrée ne sera pas autorisée.
   12. Les Personnes Accompagnatrices ne peuvent pas être présents lors des conférences de formation, ni aux diners de Gala.
   13. Si un Participant casse, brise ou endommage quelque chose dans les locaux où se déroule l’événement, les coûts des dommages matériels causés à des tiers seront supportés par le participant.
   14. L’Organisateur a le droit de refuser unilatéralement et à sa discrétion la participation de tout Participant à l’évènement à tout moment de la préparation de l’évènement, sans être tenu d’en fournir la raison avec un remboursement dans les 30 jours moins les frais de virement bancaire.
5. ARTICLE: RESPONSABILITE
   1. L’Organisateur n’est pas responsable:
      1. de l’insatisfaction des attentes subjectives du Participant en ce qui concerne toute circonstance liée à l’organisation et au déroulement de l’événement;
      2. de la vie, de la santé et des effets personnels du Participant pendant l’événement, ni des accidents ou des vols de biens dus à la faute ou pas du Participant ou de tiers;
      3. des dépenses personnelles du Participant liées au transport, à la restauration, aux réservations d’hôtel, aux billets, à l’hébergement dans la ville où se déroule l’événement, à l’assurance maladie et aux autres dépenses du Participant ni en cours de l’événement ni en cas de modification ou de l’annulation pour cause de force majeure;
      4. du comportement, des déclarations, de l’opinion personnelle d’aucun des Participants à l’événement;
      5. tout dysfonctionnement technique et comme conséquence l’annulation ou modification d’une partie de programme;
      6. de l’impossibilité pour le Participant de se connecter sur son propre matériel informatique et/ou électronique à l’option de la traduction simultanée au moyen de la plateforme utilisé par l’Organisateur;
      7. des décisions des organes compétents concernant l’inclusion ou non des heures de formation en tant que des « heures de formation professionnelle »;
      8. des informations que le Participant fournit personnellement et qui seront placées dans le catalogue général des Participants;
      9. des actions, omissions, imprévus de toutes les personnes qui sont concernées directement ou indirectement ou à quelque titre que ce soit dans l’organisation de l’évènement et qui entraînerait les disfonctionnements dans le travail, le déroulement, le manque, le changement du programme et de manière générale une quelconque modification dans l’organisation, le déroulement ou autres par rapport à la description du programme et/ou le déroulement de l’événement;
      10. de la collaboration future avec les spécialistes intervenants ou pour l’information reçue de leur part avec lesquels le Participant a contacté lors de l’événement;
      11. du plan/structure de l’intervention, les sources d’information ainsi que des prospectus éventuels (distribution, forme, volume ou autre) déterminés par les Intervenants;
      12. Pour les images photos et/ou vidéo faites par les participants à l’événement et leur usage ultérieur et/ou le résumé/citation de l’information entendue lors l’événement sur les réseaux sociaux ou autre plateforme;
      13. de la qualité de l’image du Participant sur les photos et vidéos réalisées pendant l’événement, et/ou qui seront diffusés aux Participants après l’évènement;
      14. des informations et des produits fournis par les Sponsor.
6. ARTICLE: CONDITIONS DE L’ANNULATION ET/OU LE CHANGEMENT DES DATES
   1. Indépendamment de la nature ou de la gravité de la cause d’annulation de l’inscription, les conditions de l’annulation demeurent immuables / inchangeables / ne changent pas.
   2. En cas de circonstances imprévues (force majeure), l’Organisateur a le droit d’apporter des modifications nécessaires au programme, de reporter l’événement à de nouvelles dates ou annuler le programme.
   3. Le changement de lieu ou les dates n’impose aucune obligation à l’Organisateur envers le Participant.
   4. Indépendamment des circonstances qui pourraient causer l’annulation totale ou partielle d’une intervention annoncée, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’organiser ou non cette intervention ultérieurement ou de l’organiser sous un format en ligne ou sans fournir de compte-rendu ou autre.
   5. Si l’Organisateur annule l’évènement, il rembourse au Participant la totalité du montant du prix payé indépendamment de la catégorie ESSENTIAL ou STANDARD ou PREMIUM dans un délai de 180 jours suivant la réception du formulaire de Remboursement rempli par le Participant.
   6. Si l’Organisateur apporte des modifications dans les dates du programme, le délai entre l’annonce du report par l’Organisateur et l’annonce des nouvelles dates du programme peut aller jusqu’à 2 ans, en fonction de la gravité de la situation de force majeure qui a nécessité le report.
   7. La situation relative à l’annonce du report des nouvelles dates ne constitue pas un motif de demande de remboursement au titre des tarifs ESSENTIAL, STANDARD et celui-ci sera refusé au Participant.
   8. L’annonce du report des nouvelles dates ne constitue pas un motif de demande de remboursement au titre des tarifs PREMIUM jusqu’au moment de l’annonce de nouvelles dates.
   9. Après l’annonce de nouvelles dates, si elles conviennent au Participant qui a choisi le tarif ESSENTIAL ou STANDARD ou PREMIUM celui-ci a le droit de s’inscrire dans la même catégorie tarifaire, même si le nouveau prix du tarif est plus élevé.
   10. Après l’annonce de nouvelles dates, si elles ne conviennent pas au Participant, qui a choisi le tarif ESSENTIAL ou STANDARD, reçoivent le crédit de la totalité du montant sur le compte du Participant ouvert auprès du CECJ.
   11. Après l’annonce de nouvelles dates, si elles ne conviennent pas au Participant, qui a choisi le tarif PREMIUM ont la possibilité de demander le remboursement qui sera effectué dans un délai de 180 jours suivant la réception du formulaire de Remboursement rempli par le Participant.
   12. En cas de remboursement il sera effectué sur la carte bancaire du Participant, si le paiement a été effectué par carte bancaire (si le délai de remboursement par carte bancaire n’est pas dépassé) ou par virement sur le compte courant en euros, selon les coordonnées indiquées par le Participant dans le formulaire rempli.
   13. Le montant du remboursement peut être unilatéralement réduit par l’Organisateur du montant équivalent à la commission bancaire due au transfert international.
   14. Si la somme est créditée sur le compte ouvert auprès de CECJ (indépendamment de la cause de ce crédit) elle devra être utilisée dans les trois ans. Passé ce délai le crédit devient caduc.
   15. L’organisateur n’est pas responsable du risque financier encouru par le Participant en cas de modification des dates du programme ou l’annulation du programme.
   16. Tarif ESSENTIAL : Indépendamment de la raison pour laquelle le Participant ne peut pas assister à l’évènement, le tarif ESSENTIAL n’est pas remboursable et n’est pas échangeable.
   17. Tarif STANDARD : Indépendamment de la raison pour laquelle le Participant ne peut pas assister à l’évènement, le tarif STANDARD n’est pas remboursable, mais échangeable.
   18. Tarif STANDARD donne la possibilité de procéder à l’échange sans pénalités si l’annulation a été faite 21 jours avant le début de l’évènement. A partir du 21ème jour avant le début de l’évènement les pénalités suivantes s’appliquent:
       1. 30% si l’annulation a été faite dans la période de 20 à 14 jours calendaires avant le début de l’évènement et le dépôt sur le compte spécial formation de 70% de la somme payée;
       2. 50% si l’annulation a été faite dans la période de 13 à 7 jours calendaires avant le début de l’évènement et le dépôt sur le compte spécial formation de 50% de la somme payée;
       3. 70% si l’annulation a été faite dans la période de 6 à 3 jours calendaires avant le début de l’évènement et le dépôt sur le compte spécial formation de 30% de la somme payée;
       4. Lorsque le Participant informe l’Organisateur de son impossibilité de participer à l’évènement dans la période de 48 heures avant le début de l’évènement, aucun montant n’est transférable sur le compte spécial formation du Participant ouvert auprès du CECJ et les sommes versées ne sont pas remboursées restant acquises à l’Organisateur.
   19. Tarif PREMIUM : donne la possibilité de procéder à l’échange sans pénalités si l’annulation a été faite 21 jours avant le début de l’évènement. A partir du 21ème jour avant le début de l’évènement les pénalités suivantes s’appliquent:
       1. 30% si l’annulation a été faite dans la période de 20 à 14 jours calendaires avant le début du programme OU (au choix du Participant) le dépôt, sans pénalités de 100% de la somme sur le compte spécial formation CECJ;
       2. 50% si l’annulation a été faite dans la période de 13 à 7 jours calendaires avant le début du programme OU (au choix du Participant) le dépôt, sans pénalités de 70% de la somme sur le compte spécial formation CECJ ;
       3. 70% si l’annulation a été faite dans la période de 6 à 3 jours calendaires avant le début du programme OU (au choix du Participant) le dépôt, sans pénalités de 50% de la somme sur le compte spécial formation CECJ ;
       4. Lorsque le Participant informe l’Organisateur de son impossibilité de participer à la formation dans la période de 48 heures avant le début du programme, aucun montant n’est transférable sur le compte spécial formation du Participant ouvert auprès du CECJ et les sommes versées ne sont pas remboursées restant acquises à l’Organisateur.
7. ARTICLE: PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE
   1. Le Participant/le Sponsor consent à ce que l’Organisateur utilise des photographies et des vidéos avec son image à des fins promotionnelles et informatives ;
   2. Tous les supports, design, présentations, images vidéo et/ou photo et autres utilisés pour la préparation de l’événement, en cours de l’événement, ainsi qu’après l’événement sont la propriété intellectuelle de l’Organisateur.
8. ARTICLE: LITIGES/DIFFERENDS
   1. En cas de violation du présent contrat par le Participant, y compris les violations flagrantes de l’ordre public, l’Organisateur est en droit de:
      1. Émettre un avertissement à l’égard du Participant;
      2. Suspendre toute participation ultérieure du Participant à l’événement;
      3. Interdire au Participant tout participation aux futurs événements de l’Organisateur;
      4. Contacter les autorités compétentes tant dans le pays de l’événement que dans le pays de nationalité/résidence du Participant;
      5. S’adresser au tribunal du lieu du siège de l’Organisateur.
   2. En cas d’impossibilité de règlement amiable du conflit opposant les parties, le Participant a le droit d’adresser ses réclamations à l’Organisateur par courrier postal. L’Organisateur est tenu d’examiner les réclamations reçues et de fournir une réponse dans un délai de 30 jours ouvrables après la date de la réception.
   3. Dans le cas où un règlement amiable ne peut être trouvé et que le Participant souhaite régler ses réclamations par voie judiciaire, les avocats de l’Organisateur se substituent automatiquement à celui-ci afin d’assurer toute correspondance et communication en français avec le Participant au siège de l’Organisateur.
   4. Tous les frais de justice ou chargés y attachées sont assurées par le Participant.
   5. Si le litige ne peut pas être résolu par voie de négociations, le litige sera soumis au tribunal compétent du siège social de l’Organisateur sera applicable et jugé selon le droit français.
